When: November 19
Cost: $5.00

Permission slips and money are due by Friday, OCTOBER 22. Please put money in an envelope labeled with Zoo Field Trip and your child’s name. We are in need of parent volunteers to visit the zoo with us. Please let your child’s teacher know if you are interested. Chaperones will also need to pay the $5.00 entrance fee. Money can be sent in your child’s envelope.

The First Day of Fall!

One of our friends shares a fall leaf on the first day of fall.  I uploaded our First Day of Fall video using a service that automatically offers "related" videos at the end of the clip.  None of these videos have anything to do with me or our class and shouldn't be associated with our kindergarten blog.  Enjoy the kindergarten video show and tell!

Multicultural Night

We’re so excited to host our Fifth Multicultural Night at Taylor Elementary!  On Monday, October 4th from 6:30-8:00, We will celebrate the many different cultures that represent our school and community!  We invite you to participate in this unique event by sharing  your culture with us!

We are the KEYS Award Winner this Week!

Our class was chosen during GMT (Good Morning Taylor) to be the KEYS award winner for the yellow pod this week.  The KEYS award is given to a class who demonstrates KEYS behavior in the hallway:
K - Keep your hands down
E - Eyes forward
Y - Your voices off
S - Slow and steady walk
This year our KEYS award is a super glittery rock guitar!  Here are some pictures of us with our KEYS award.  Mrs. Gallagher is in some of the pictures and our student teacher, Ms. Pusl is in some of the pictures.
